Job Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant and bakery sales at the Alley Restaurant counter and takeout window.
- Keep track of the contents and accuracy of the cash drawer.
- Take calls and reservations over the phone, and be ready to answer any questions guests may have.
- Keep the Front Counter and surrounding area sanitary, clean and presentable.
- Deliver orders promptly and with a smile!
Personal Skills
- Comfortable with multitasking and able to stay calm under stressful/unusual circumstances.
- Strong delegation skills.
- Friendly and happy to interact with customers.
- Honest and trustworthy nature.
- Able to take responsibility for handling money.
- Able to work most or all of a shift standing up.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Able to learn and use effectively the computer POS system/cash register.
- Comfortable with basic arithmetic.

Pay
- Minimum $12.00 per hour with opportunity for growth + tips!
Available Shifts
- Restaurant Cashier – Morning Shift (9am-3pm)
- Restaurant Cashier – Night Shift (3pm-10pm)
Education and Experience
- High Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Basic Math Skills & Problem Solving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash Handling & Customer Service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
