Cash Sales Specialist
Eastern Region location
As a Barclays Cash Sales Specialist, you will be playing an integral part in achieving the cash income plan through the acquisition of new business in the cash arena. This is an exciting opportunity, which will allow you to deliver leading edge cash management advice through the sales of complex cash management and liquidity solutions including our working capital product set.

What will you be doing?
• Researching proactively the customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions from the complex Cash Management product set
- Delivering on Sales along with meeting client needs
- Embedding a consultative approach to sales to ensure that clients’ requirements are understood and exceeded
- Assisting with the coaching of relationship staff in the research and sales as well as the implementation of core products to customers.
- Driving self-development by taking a motivated approach to continuous improvement
- Identifying development opportunities amongst existing and new clients
• Experience in working in a Sales environment
- Exceptional knowledge of Commercial Banking cash management products
- Commerciality and understanding of relative value of deposits and money transmission
- Excellent internal and external networking skills
• Experience in cross-functional working
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of pricing theory
- Good understanding of economic principles
Cambridge
Located to the North of Cambridge, less than one mile from the A14 at Histon, our Barclays Regional office provides a superb location for staff and clients alike to provide joined up services for Private Clients in Cambridgeshire. We are also conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants and pubs in the nearby village of Histon. Our location is ideally situated with excellent transport links including road, guided bus and just a few miles from the new Cambridge North train station.
Norwich
The Norwich office is located North East of the city a short walk from the Cathedral and Tombland. The Norwich office is one of four regional offices we have within the Eastern region, others include Ipswich, Cambridge and Peterborough.
