What will I be doing?
As a Cash Office Retail Assistant, you’ll be directly contributing to the profitability of the store. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Preparing and organising floats, as well as cashing up and balancing tills
- Performing spot checks on all tills, making sure they have enough change in them to give our customers a seamless experience
- Completing cash lifts with security and management
- You’ll carry out safety checks on cash coming in or going out, balance petty cash floats, and account for all cash at the end of each day
- You’ll also support your store by running reports to look at how we’re performing
