The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Casework Support Officer to join our fantastic team at our site based in Tamworth. This is a truly exciting time to begin or continue your career with our first class business, as a Casework Support Officer you will be responsible for:
- Exhibit handling and the receipt and return of casework from/to various customers
- Booking in exhibits and inputting case information into the Laboratory Information Management System (C-LIMS)
- Triage of incoming cases to identify key customer requirements and critical delivery dates
- Packaging and return of items back to the customer and updating the appropriate systems and continuity records.

Here at EFS integrity and customer focus is at the heart of everything we do, therefore you will need to have an understanding of the impact of a lack of integrity in forensics and care about excellent customer experience, and of course quality is a must, having the ability to drive high quality standards and change processes to reduce quality risks, will see you excel in this role.
If you have previous experience of working in a support role, along with good knowledge of using Microsoft and Google packages with a good understanding of the confidential nature of the business and have the ability to display patience, determination, attention to detail and integrity at all times, then we would love to hear from you.
