About the role The main responsibility within this role is to proactively and effectively manage a case load of new and in-progress property claims in line with both client specific requirements and service level agreement in place. Roles and responsibilities Manage own caseload to consistently achieve all relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Handle all customer interactions (Client and direct customer) professionally, knowledgeably and with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in mind Effectively manage third party suppliers to drive cases to settlement with cost, service and timescales in mind Produce work of a consistently high quality in line with internal processes and guidelines Operate within, and adhere to, signed off authority levels Adhere to relevant governance and regulatory processes (Data Protection, TCF, Information Security) Responsibility for own self-development through effective use of PDR and audit feedback and relevant learning courses Contribute positively to great office culture and teamwork Required experience and skills Relevant claims experience Good customer service skills Ability to effectively manage own time and caseload Good interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a drive for continuous self-development Effective Communicator IT proficient Good problem-solving capability Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + option to buy up to 5 additional holidays Excellent starting salary with prospects of progression Hybrid working once fully trained Bonus and Discount Scheme Modern Horwich based office with free parking Monday - Friday - no weekends Full Training to be Provided Fun, Vibrant Office Excellent kitchen & eating facilities with free tea & coffee PLEASE NOTE - All successful candidates we need to pass an online DBS check and Credit check relevant to the post you have applied for.
