Swansea Council Building Services are currently delivering New Build timber frame and major refurbishment Projects, contributing to and driving the Authorities de-carbonisation program.
We are pleased to offer the opportunity for Carpenters qualified to NVQ2/3 - Experienced time served to work with in a busy major works section of Building Services.
You will be invited to work predominantly on de-carbonisation refurbishment projects across the Authorities housing stock and New Build housing sites. You will be required to carry out all aspects of your trade, across various contract areas, dictated by departmental and individual site demands, as and when required to achieve shared outcomes.
