Working as part of a team of tradesmen involved in all aspects of estate maintenance to include the repair and upkeep of buildings and property. All round experience in maintenance work is required but the main focus will be carpentry work on both new builds and existing structures.
Specific experience in carpentry required. An industry related qualification/training desirable. Full UK driving licence essential.
This is a full time position - 45-hour week, five days out of seven including occasional weekend and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Hours of work will normally be 7.30 am – 4.40pm with half an hour for lunch.
