Chauffeur Handyman

Location: North London

Salary: £35,000- £50,000 per annum

A busy family is looking for a live-out Chauffeur-Handyman to look after their property in North London, drive the family and help with the daily errands.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experienced handyman
• Experienced chauffeur
• Good negotiation skills - experienced in sourcing suppliers/contractors plus review existing agreements and suggest improvements
• Efficient, well organised and able to multi task
• Discreet and trusworthy
• Anticipatory and always willing to help
• Pleasant, flexible and co-operative personality
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Understand privacy and confidentiality
• Good initiative and able to work well in a very busy and dynamic family environment
• High degree of time flexibility and level of service is absolutely essential
• Good practical DIY skills
• Pleasant and personable personality
• Excellent time management
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Dress smartly and respectably at all times
• Non-smoker
• In good health
• Excellent contactable references
• Clean DBS check (or willing to undertake one)
