Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work to an exceptional standard. Works consist of door hanging, floor laying, skirting/architrave installation, and stud wall construction. (Works not solely limited to carpentry).
- Read and interpret drawing schematics to ensure the accurate execution of carpentry projects.
- Supply the tools required to execute the job. (For personal use only).
- Assemble and install cabinets, shelves, and other wooden fixtures according to manufactures specifications.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing wooden structures or fixtures as needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in finishing carpentry techniques and practices.
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and their properties.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with using various carpentry tools and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Note: Minimum requirements is a blue CSCS card, gold preferred but not essential, and an NVQ within the relevant field.

Salary: £200.00-£250.00 per day

- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)

- CSCS (required)
