Our Global Client Service team is responsible for the sales order processing for an internationally based sales team. We handle orders for all geographies from the point of QC check in SalesForce.com through to invoicing. We create billing plans with the contract to ensure accurate product fulfilment, billing, cash collection and timely revenue recognition.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the order validation process in Salesforce.com up until invoicing. You will work alongside the Client Services team ensuring workflows are maintained in keep with established audit requirements. You should be able to prioritise multiple task while managing your own workload to ensure ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the order validation process in Salesforce.com all through to invoicing
- Working within established KPI’s ensuring accuracy for all quotes to deliver accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Establishing relationships with relevant Sales personnel to ensure governance for order entry, data integrity of CRM and billing systems
- Collaborating with Client Services team to ensure workflows and best practice are maintained in line with established audit requirements
- Establishing solid working relationships with all Client Services teams to ensure consistency of first class support for all customers
Requirements:
- Be able to multi-task effectively within agreed upon deadlines whilst managing own workload
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines whilst being flexible
- Display excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
- Have excellent working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office package
- Have a positive, collaborative mindset and a desire to deliver real business value to our customers
