About the role
Ceredigion Property Facilities Management Services are looking to recruit a full time Caretaker to assist with a full range of building facilities at the Council’s Offices.
The post holder will be expected to carry out a full range of hands-on duties.
Overtime work to cover evenings and weekends may be required occasionally.
This is partly a customer service role and requires a candidate with interpersonal and front-line communication skills.
We are looking to recruit an individual, who:
- has a well-developed sense of responsibility;
- is be able to work on own initiative as well as a member of a team;
- is adaptable, self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, articulate and communicative, outgoing and pleasant;
- has an awareness of Health and Safety issues;
- has a current UK driving licence.
