We believe building relationships is important; our Care Professionals are paired with clients based on mutual interests and have minimum 1-hour visits to provide time to care.

As a Home Instead Care Professional, your client visits may consist of:
- Providing personal care.
- Help with medications.
- Preparing meals.
- Light housekeeping.
- Running errands such as accompanying your client to appointments or visiting the shops.
- Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night-time routine.
- Offering companionship and conversation.
- Ensuring your client is safe and healthy in their home.
This role is UK-based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
We will provide all training so no specific qualifications are necessary. However, it’s essential that you have a kind heart, good work ethics and a want to make a difference to people’s lives.
You will receive full training including QCF/NVQs along with City and Guilds Assured training as your personal development is very important us.
A driving licence is not essential, but having your own transport will allow you to visit more clients and dramatically increase your potential income.

We recognise the hard work that our Care Professionals do, so when you work for us, you get:
- A high rate of pay starting at £11.50 per hour.
- £12.50 per hour for our Hot Spot 7–10am and 7–10pm visits.
