Here at Team Support (TSS) we are looking for perfect candidates that have all the necessary requirements to be a Care Assistant / Support Worker.

As Support Worker your duties are varied. You could be assisting the client to the shops, or a show in London. The duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as providing help to take part in a wide range of special interest and activities that support our residents health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching football and other sports, drama, or shopping trips.
As a care assistant, your responsibilities will vary as the nature of the role calls for it. However, these will mostly consist of:
- Support with eating and drinking: Ensuring that clients are encouraged to eat a healthy, balanced diet and the correct quantities, prepared meals look appetising.
- Assist with mobility: Use of a hoist or other aides, or assistance in standing and movement. Dressing or assisting with any physical activity whereby the clients needs support
- Domestic duties: Cleaning, emptying bins, washing where requested
- Record keeping: For medication, log book (recording each visit to communicate to the next carer), care plan updates.
