Job description

We are looking for individuals who really cares about helping others. We are seeking a compassionate caregiver in our home who will be responsible for helping our residents with their daily tasks, including personal cares. This position requires that the candidate be a self-starter who can work well on their own, and in a team but will also be able to work well in an environment that requires a lot of communication with residents and other caregivers. The ideal candidate will have good problem-solving skills, be able to anticipate the needs of residents, and most importantly, respond quickly when issues arise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to other caregivers.
• Support the resident with mental and/or physical health problems.
• completing paperwork in a timely manner
• attend paid team meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
