We are looking for a PA Assistant Carer
Hours/shifts: Tuesday 3 hours Thursday 3 hours, and Saturday 4 hours Sunday 3 hours.
Summary
I am a 42-year-old man looking for support out and about in the community, with some domestic support needed within the home. I am a talkative, fun character and enjoy taking part in a range of activities including music, basketball, go-karting, and cooking.
YOU WILL:
Engage in Confidence-building activities that include supporting the client to learn to use the oven, microwave, iron, and washing machine,- Teach the client how to use a computer and access the internet.
- Administer medication
- Assisting the client to fill their medicine box
- Order via email the client's repeat prescription every month
- Helping the client with lunch or dinner needs.
- Taking the client to doctors appointments if necessary
- Assist the client with domestic duties which will include keeping. their room tidy, taking his clothes to the dry cleaners, laundry, changing of beds, shopping for groceries.
Other Requirements
- Non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during work hours.
- Having access to a car will be a benefit but not a requirement.
