The opportunity to be part of a ‘family feel’, supportive team of Care Assistants
We want individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of our clients by providing the highest level of care working either Full time or Part time, shifts from 7am until 4pm OR 2pm until 10pm (plus every other weekend) in the Braintree, Uttlesford and surrounding areas. Shift times can be flexible.
We know how busy most of our lives can be, that's why we uniquely offer working arrangements tailored to your pre-existing availability. Don't worry if you are not already from a care background, we invest a great deal of time and energy into finding applicants with the right values, and we train you to our required standards. We know exactly what to look for as most of our Care Assistants are not from a career in care, yet all are great at what they do.
Responsibilities of our CareGivers: Duties will include personal care, assisting clients with washing and dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and taking clients for appointments or outings.
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers. This could be the start of your new career, with our full support and outstanding training, anything is possible if you put your head and heart into it.
