We are currently working with the most established Home Care provider in the UK!
While many Care providers only pay for your contact time, Bluebird Care believe that you should be paid for every minute that you are being a Bluebird Care Ambassador, even if you are sat in your car!
Join their team and your salary will be by the hour and not per contact time.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Caregiver
- Providing personal care duties
- Administering medication
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
Your Experience and Suitability for the Caregiver Role

But don’t panic, they will ensure you have all the right training and development because they care for their Carers. After all, you care for our customers so it’s important that you feel equipped for the role.

You can choose between full-time or part-time work; all you have to do is simply tell us your availability. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too, that’s why we will require you to work.
