We are currently working with the most established Home Care provider in the UK!
While many Care providers only pay for your contact time, Bluebird Care believe that you should be paid for every minute that you are being a Bluebird Care Ambassador, even if you are sat in your car!
Join their team and your salary will be by the hour and not per contact time.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Caregiver
- Providing personal care duties
- Administering medication
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
Your Experience and Suitability for the Carer Role
It’s isn’t about previous experience. They want to ensure their customer receives the very best care and to do that they need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient. They want a team who genuinely cares for each of their customers as if it was their own family.
But don’t panic, they will ensure you have all the right training and development because they care for their Care Assistants. After all, you care for our customers so it’s important that you feel equipped for the role.

You can choose between full-time or part-time work; all you have to do is simply tell us your availability. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too, that’s why we will require you to work.

- Our hourly rates start from £12.00ph up to £12.80ph with added enhanced rates on Bank holidays!
