As well as completing clinical tasks this role will be client facing with a large amount of reception and administrative duties, like completing pet insurance forms, dealing with owner enquiries, booking appointments, triage emergency appointments over the phone (following guidance from vets and registered nurses).
We are committed to supporting you and will provide full on the job training, supported by a buddy system.
We are looking for dedicated, professional colleagues who show a real passion and positive attitude in every duty they perform.
This is a part time position equating to 21 hours a week.
