Job description
At Home Instead we’re passionate about addressing social isolation through our companionship-led care and support. We help our elderly clients to live well at home for longer and to keep visiting the people and places they love.
With visits of two hours or longer, excellent reviews from our clients and the Care Inspectorate, and various awards - everyone who works with us takes great pride in all we are achieving.
We offer flexible and rewarding part-time work, up to 25 hours per week. You’ll visit the same clients and have a consistent rota. There are no must-do hours, though if you can offer us specific availability which meets the needs of the business - including some at alternate weekends – we may be able to offer you guaranteed hours. For guaranteed hours we’d ask you to be available to cover for holidays and other absences during specific windows of availability.
We’re looking for warm hearted, reliable people - of all ages and from all walks of life - to join our team of fantastic CAREGiver Companions.
No Qualifications or experience are required, as Full Training and on going support is provided.
