Consult continue to work closely with a Hearing Care provider who are well positioned within the market to offer fantastic work life balance. With connections to a global manufacturer, and the openness to work flexibly and autonomously, we are looking to recruit Hearing Care Assistants.
Our client is looking for individuals that are motivated, with a desire to progress their careers. Offering fantastic variety, no two days will be the same, and you will have the scope to manage your own diary and assist Audiologists with the management of their patients from consultation to fitting.
If you have previous experience within Hearing Care, then this opportunity offers the opportunity for the right candidate to progress through to becoming a Hearing Aid Dispenser.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver consistently excellent customer care
· Patient qualification
· Hearing assessments
· Wax removal
· Hearing aid fittings
· Remote technical support
About You:
· Existing hearing care / hearing wellness assistant
· Driving license
· Wax removal trained (desirable not essential)
· Confident working autonomously
· Driven and energetic
