The Fountains Care Home, located in the London Borough of Havering, is a 62-bed, three-storey nursing home that is well-established in providing support to those with dementia and other additional needs.

Responsibilities as a care assistant are to provide care and to work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To create and maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff and Visitors.
We are looking for:
- 6 months experience within the UK care industry
- Availibility to work alternative weekends.
