RN Band 5 |Day: £27.78 | Sat/Nights: £38.71 | Sundays/BH £46.65
Caring for patients post cardiothoracic surgery such as CABG, heart, and lung transplant. Also, care for patients who need extra support following cardiology procedures.
The registered ITU/ Critical care Nurses need at least 12 months (recent) ICU experience & completion of the CC3N national Step one competencies. Even better for them to have a post ICU qualification (accredited ICU course), although not having it is not an absolute contraindication.

Once approved, any new ITU/Critical Care Nurse must attend a one-day training paid for the day rate. The training shift is paid after undertaking 5 (five) ITU shifts.
