No experience is necessary as full training and support is given to staff from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities of the Care Assistant:
- Most importantly share our passion to deliver the best quality care.
- Assist our clients to meet their desired outcomes (Meal preparation, Administration of Medication, Companionship, Personal Care, and Social Visits)
- Enjoy working as part of a team of all ages from a wide variety of backgrounds.
- Take pride in recording the support you have offered by keeping accurate records and communicating clearly with your team members.

Personal Qualities/Requirements of the Care Assistant:
- No previous experience required, full training and support provided. Individuals from Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail & other sectors are welcome to apply.

- Ability to work flexible shifts between the core business hours of 7 am - 10 pm, including alternate weekends.
