Business Admin Assistant – Bedale – Up to £23,000

You will become part of one of the leading multi discipline property group who cover the North East, Durham Dales and North Yorkshire. You will be supporting a business who offer services such as Surveying, Commercial Property Management, Rural Land Management, Estate Agency and Lettings and more.
Based in the Bedale office, you will play an integral part in the overall business operation whilst supporting the fee earners on a daily basis. Progression opportunities are readily available within the business which makes it a great environment to be in and team to be part of!
What you will be doing
- Provide effective administrative and marketing support to the business
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with colleagues across the business
- Provide effective support to our fee earners in all forms of general administration including audio typing and diary management
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis, ensuring all file records are up to date and compliance is followed from the outset
- Assist and contribute with client fee earning work in accordance with KPI’s
- Assess priorities while organising a number of fee earners
- Operate and understand internal invoicing systems

- Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You will have an interest and knowledge of the rural/agricultural world
- You will be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and email
You will receive
- Up to £23,000 annual salary
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
