We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for Higher Education to join our award winning Careers team and lead on our student and employer communications programme.
As the Careers Engagement & Communications Officer, you will be part of the Henley Business School Careers Team and will have responsibility for developing and delivering a communications plan that engages both our students and our community of employers. Working with the wider team you will use the most relevant channels, vehicles and messaging to reach our key audiences and maximise engagement with careers activities.
This is a busy, wide-ranging and varied role, and to be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent marketing and communication skills including development of communications plans
- Ability to identify and develop relevant channels for different audiences
- Experience of creating and managing online materials.
- Ability to develop and deliver a social media strategy
- Experience of building relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
