About the opportunity
Our successful Transport Planning & Smart Mobility team is growing! Delivering projects throughout the UK and internationally, we are looking for professionals at every stage of their career (from experienced technicians and graduates up to Director level) to join us. We embrace flexible and hybrid working, and welcome candidates located anywhere within the UK, although it would be desirable to be within reasonable proximity to one of our office locations, which include London, Exeter, Southampton, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Chester, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.
As our work covers all disciplines within Transport Planning & Smart Mobility, we are looking for experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business development (private and public sector)
- Policy and strategy
- Project and people management
- Development planning
- Pedestrian planning
- Decarbonisation - hands on expertise including electric vehicles and hydrogen
- Autonomous vehicles
- Strategic (multi modal) and agent-based modelling
- Micro simulation modelling, including multi modal
- Business case development
- Public transport and active travel
- Due diligence and advisory (multi modal)
- Transport layout design
- International project experience in the transport advisory sector for International Financial Institutions (IFI) clients
