Job description
This programme will enable you to experience our different business areas, including Audit, Consulting, Tax and Technology to help you decide if you'd like to pursue a career in one of these areas. You’ll hear from leaders in their field, and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their career journey. You’ll also have the chance to engage with current students on our School and College Leaver programmes. You’ll gain valuable personal and professional skills through interactive workshops, and take part in challenges that will support you in building your network and employability skills, all while having fun and experiencing our office culture.
If you perform well on the programme, and enjoy your time at PwC, we may be able to offer you a fast-tracked application onto one of our School and College Leaver roles. Another great opportunity to support your next career step.
The programme will run for five days in our Belfast office (Merchant Square, BT1 6GE), and is a paid work experience programme where you’ll be supplied with a PwC laptop for the week and we’ll reimburse your travel expenses and provide a daily lunch. You’ll need to be able to commit to being in the office 9am to 5pm each day between Monday, 7 August - Friday, 11 August.
Please note you may only submit one application for either the Career Launch Work Experience or the Virtual Insight Programme. If your application is unsuccessful for the Career Launch Work Experience, you’ll automatically be considered for the Virtual Insight Week Programme.
Programme dates:

You'll need to be on course for a 96 UCAS tariff across your top 3 A-Levels in any subjects or equivalent qualification (excluding General Studies and the EPQ).
In line with our commitment to Net Zero by 2030, you’ll need to reside within 60 minutes commuting distance from the Belfast office. If this does not apply to you, please consider applying for our Virtual Insight Programme.
You’ll need to be eligible to work in the UK without company sponsorship.
