We are looking for responsible and enthusiastic Care Workers who are driven to offer the highest level of care and support to our clients. Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:
- Responsible for assisting and enabling service users to wash, dress, undress, and all other aspects of personal care.
- Supporting with personal care needs, as well as helping service users to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing.
- Taking responsibility for the shift and for the service while on duty; Responding to emergencies.
- Preparing meals, and assisting with eating and drinking.
- Assisting with service users’ overall comfort and wellbeing.
- Liaising with professionals when carrying out care plans.
- Identifying signs of deteriorating health in a client and report correctly.
