Job description
Care Worker required to work 42 hours per week at this 30 bedded Care Home, including both day shifts and night shifts. Role includes:
- To assist with an individual's activities of daily living ie enable service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe etc
- To serve meals to service users at table or in bed, and assist with feeding if required
- To generally assist with service users overall comfort and well being
- To provide interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service users
- To monitor service users conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and contributes to record keeping
- To liaise with professional nursing staff
- To complete the required documentation such as 'intentional rounding charts'
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.90-£12.30 per hour
