Job description
This position will be based at our Dorset hospice or Wimborne office and will provide additional administrative support for the Clinical Development team who provides and sources all staff training and Clinical Development for the Julia’s House Care Team.
As a Clinical Development Administrator you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating training events, keeping all training records up to date and ensuring that our online Training databases are maintained. This role will require a highly organised individual, who is able to prioritise whilst managing many different tasks at once as well as having the ability to work under minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with a good standard of English and numeracy. You will be a supportive team member and an effective communicator and will also be proficient in the use of databases - configuring, inputting, maintaining and extracting data. You will also be experienced in diary management and booking of appointments on a large scale. The role will require working to deadlines, with a high level of accuracy. A full driving licence and use of car for business purposes are also required as you may be requested to attend and set up training venues.
