Sacro provides Restorative Justice and one to one programmes to assist young people to address offending behaviour.

We provide support services to people in our communities with a variety of support needs. These include those with learning disabilities, forensic backgrounds or those who have been involved in the criminal justice system. We also provide conflict resolution, mediation and school-based services and have programmes designed to help victims of same-sex domestic abuse.
We work in partnership with supported people and their families, as well as external partners, to maximise outcomes for those using our services.
Post 1: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Post 2: Part-time, 30 hours per week
£22,318 - £23,869 per annum (pro-rata for part-time post)
Plus Waking Night Allowance of Time and a Third
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is an understanding of the nature of and purpose of the work we do. You will be flexible and imaginative in your approach and sensitive and confident in your ability to help supported people. The ability to use your own initiative and organise the workload whilst working in a non-discriminatory framework is essential.
Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council is a requirement for Care Support Workers.
