Job Title: Care Support Worker- Mental Health

Pay Rates: £12-£20 Per Hour

What you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
  • Assisting in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Ensuring that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and wellbeing.
  • Assisting patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring that privacy, dignity, and human rights are respected.

You’ll have the following qualification/experience:

  • Studying as a Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks clinical placements, studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant (Qualifications required to accompany individuals with 6-12 months experience).
