We are recruiting for Care Support Workers to join the team at Mayflower Court.

What could your day look like?

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks which enables our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan.

You will build strong relationships with the residents/tenants participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, helping to promote a safe and fun environment for those living with us.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, providing person-centred care & support and communicating with other medical professionals as required.
