Our team of experienced professionals provide 24-hour all-round care for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs. We've got an exciting opportunity at Joshs Care Company for those of you looking to work in and around Sheffield. We've got a variety of care packages to cover, which means you'll get to work with a wide range of clients with complex needs and gain a vast amount of experience along the way.

The hourly rate for this position is £12.50 per hour.

Shift times vary depending on the package

The locations you will be working in for this position include Gleadless, Broomhill, Norton Lees, S5 and other areas in and around Sheffield.

You will be required to look after our services users with spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, locked in syndrome and other complex needs. Our team are committed to providing you with all the necessary training required to become fully competent in all aspects of specialised care, including tracheostomy, ventilator, postural and respiratory management, and PEG feeding. Rest assured that you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and competent in providing the highest quality of care.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Flexible availability.
  • To be available for an interview within 48 hours.
  • A current DBS (Paper or Update Service)
  • A driving license.

You will need to have a caring demeanour and a desire to encourage our clients to participate in activities and outings. A positive attitude and a friendly nature are essential for this role.
