Our homes across Berkshire specialise in residents with Learning difficulties and you will need to be prepared to provide personal care. Full training is provided for all roles we offer.

What will you be doing;

  • You will empower people to achieve their goals and develop their independent living skills by using your creativity, passion and determination. The support youll provide can range from support with shopping, hobbies and activities, accessing education/employment, managing finances and tenancy sustainment.

Experience;

No experience is required but having the ability to really get to know those you support, be respectful, caring, listen to and understand someone`s aspirations & life preferences to support them to be happy & fulfilled is essential!

Locations;

We have varied roles and shifts across the Berkshire region including;

Bracknell, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Wokingham, Priestwood, Winnersah

Shifts;

We have both full and part time, night and weekend only positions available and seek to be as flexible as we can.

Typically, our full time shifts cover 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.
