Care Support Workers Wanted!
Aspire Community Care Services has an exciting opportunity for a Care Support Worker on weekend/bank staff, based in Fife. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £10.50 per hour.
About the Care Support Worker role:
This Care Support Worker role will include an element of personal care, helping to prepare food, support administration of medication and support with our clients Health and Wellbeing. You will also be required to support our client to enjoy recreational activities and explore new adventures.
Driving is not essential, however you may be requested to support our client to appointments and social events.
This role will require a PVG check.

This vacancy is based in Dalgety Bay area which is based in Fife, Scotland and does require you to be flexible enough to work across a 24/7 rota which does cover a 365 days a year.
Responsibilities as our Care Support Worker:
- Participate actively in personalised support planning, ensuring that the person we support has maximum choice and control in their life actions.
- Where required support people with all activities of daily living including providing personal care in a way the respects their dignity.

- Support individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community.
- Bring ideas and enthusiasm to your role, search out new and innovative opportunities with the people you support.
- Protect the safety of the people you are supporting, following all management plans consistently including those relating to health, diet, medication, finances and behaviour.

Job:
Supporting a gentleman with complex care needs in his own home.
Basis duties: Medical support, Providing Personal Care, Moving & Handling, Meal Preparation and Feeding of the client, Light house work and on occasion accompany the client on appointments and social events - Music Gigs, Festivals, Cinema & Football Matches.
An interest in TV shows, Movies, Music and Football is a bonus with this client..
Experience/Requirements:
You do NOT have to be a driver as client home is on a bus and train route.
No previous experience required!
