We have roles available for both drivers and walkers, and work will be carried out in specified locations, the locations we support are:
- Redcar (central/east and lakes etc)
- Marske
- New Marske
- Saltburn
- Skelton
- Guisborough
- Dormanstown
- Grangetown
- Eston
- Teesville
- Normanby
- Ormesby
- Nunthorpe
We have both full time and part time positions available for both drivers and walkers, and have hours available within all the areas outlined above. Hours are flexible and we strive to work around the lives and commitments of our care staff on an individual basis.
No previous experience or qualifications are required and full training is provided, all we ask is that your are a caring and conscientious person who has a passion for helping people.
Job Overview
- To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Registered Manager
- To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual, and to enable our customers to live independently within their own homes
- To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge base through online training courses tailored to the customers you support
