Becoming a carer with Home Instead means you'll become part of our family and be able to make a difference to our clients in their own homes. The role involves supporting with meal preparation, administering medication, helping with personal care, giving companionship, help around the house and much more.
Our visits can start from 6:45am and we can offer full or part time roles to work around you and your current commitments.
If you have never worked in care before - never fear! We offer an extensive training and welcome programme, so you feel ready to become a Morning Carer with us. We will also mentor you, and give you access to an online learning platform so you can learn the ropes.
What we can offer you as a Morning Carer:
Excellent pay rates - £12-£13.20
Paid travel time at £10.50 per hour
Bank Holiday pay rate at double time
Paid mileage at 31p per mile

All we require from you is for availability to work alternate weekends. Drivers are also essential, due to the nature of the role.
You will not require any experience of working in the care setting or interacting with older people, but it would be desirable if you do. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.
