We are seeking a Social Media Manager on a self-eployed basis, with some employee benefits, to help develop and execute social media policies, monitor analytics and track progress. The successful candidate will be able to communicate directly with our customers and help build relationships based on strong interpersonal skills. The right candidate will be able to think strategically, recognize opportunities for growth and be a strong cultural fit with our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and update company social media accounts.
  • Schedule and update social media calendar.
  • Help create content, Videography, photo/video editing experience is essential
  • Must have experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as well as some knowledge with Trustpilot.
  • Engage with customers via social media, although responding to appointment enquiries is not expected.
  • Monitor customer activity on social media accounts.
  • Create and schedule posts that encourage user interaction and drive traffic to the company social media page.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £31,618.00-£33,401.00 per year
