Join Our Team as a Veterinary Client Care Manager!

We are now representing an independent Veterinary group with five sites across Wiltshire and Somerset, and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Client Care Manager to join their team.
We are seeking candidates with experience in management, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting. While supporting management qualifications are not essential, they are highly valued. We believe that a candidate's experience and dedication to their work are more important than formal qualifications.
Position: Veterinary Client Care Manager
Location: Frome, with requirements at other Somerset and Wiltshire sites.
Salary: £32,000- £35,0000
Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days
- NO RCVS registration is required for this role, as it is primarily focused on client care and management responsibilities..
- The role is full-time, with working hours totaling 37.5 hours over five days. Typically, the hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- Some Saturday support may be required from time to time. Weekend and night working is not typically expected for this role, but occasional flexibility may be necessary.
- The main office is based in Frome, but this role is ambulatory, requiring regular attendance at all sites across Wiltshire and Somerset. Travel between sites will be necessary, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with dedicated veterinary teams.
- They may potentially offer sponsorship for candidates requiring a Visa, depending on the circumstances and eligibility.
- Annual holiday allowance of six weeks plus bank holidays.
