Job description
Administrative Assistant needed to manage the organisation of the care home and the office - candidate must be detail orientated, highly organised, computer savvy and have people skills. Candidate working hours will be 9 am to 3 pm. Rate of pay £13.50 per hour
Candidate will have knowledge of human resource processes and well developed customer service skills.
fast paced role so successful candidate will have experience of multi-tasking and be able to work using their own initiative.
Responsibilities are:
- Ensuring that digital and paper-based resident and staff records and kept updated
- Liaising with residents and families both on telephone, by email and in person
- Ensure HR files are up to date including Right to Work, Contracts, DBS, references
- Coordinate the recruitment/onboarding of new care home staff
- Presenting the home and communicating with prospective residents
- Preparing and updating staffing rotas
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,060.00 per year
