We are looking for an organised, dedicated and committed individual ready to step up to the next level as an Apex Prime Care Care Coordinator.
Apex Prime Care is a family-run home care company with branches located across the south coast. Key Responsibilities
- Roster care calls
- Maintain accurate records
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service.
- This will involve communication with employees, clients and other health care professionals.
- Other duties will include, hands-on care, client assessments, staff supervisions and assisting with the on-call phone.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in either Home Care or Care Homes
- A full driving licence and a car are essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Respect for Confidentiality
- Dedication & Commitment to display empathy and understanding
- Ability to work to deadlines
- NVQ/QCF 2 Health and Social Care Essential – Level 3 desirable
