We have a fantastic opportunity that has become available as a Full Time Operations Team Member in our Bishop’s Stortford Office!
As a member of the Operations Team you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Company’s ‘live’ rota.
You will be responsible but not limited to the following duties;
- To act as the ‘face’ of the company towards all the people who contact us
- Documenting all calls and/or issues arising in accordance with Care By Us procedures in order to ensure that no issues are ever dropped or missed
- To take and answer calls within 3 rings, from Carers and Service Users, documenting their requirements or issues, allocating responsibility for the resolution of those issues, and ensuring that all open issues are closed
- Retrieval of telephone messages from the system at the commencement of the 7am shift each day
- Completing all outstanding action points from the overnight or weekend ON CALL and communicating with the on-call any issues at the commencement or/ and finish of your Operational shift
- Managing all Client calls which are uncovered and ensuring that these calls are covered, which may mean performing the care call yourself
- Performing all other daily tasks related to the daily maintenance of the Service User rota, such as maintaining and updating the hospital list
