Having a leadership role in care work takes a special person. So, what are we looking for in our case managers?:

  • Previous experience within the domiciliary care sector as a Case Manager/Care Coordinator
  • Organised individual who is willing to work as a part of a team and individually when required
  • Committed, passionate, reliable and caring individual
  • Team player who can also work alone when needed
  • Willingness to take part in care calls and our on call service when needed
  • A helping, can-do attitude
  • A requirement of working alternate weekends
  • Versatility and flexibility

Your day could consist of:

· Rota management – ensuring all calls are attended

· Speaking with other health care professionals

· Liaising with local authorities/councils

· Communicating with care workers, clients and their families

· Taking part in calls, and joining the current on call rota

· Ensuring that the branches compliance is correct and up to date, meeting CQC guidelines.

· Managing the domiciliary care team, ensuring that all supervisions, appraisals and training is completed and up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
