Home Care Assistant Walker
Care Assistant - WALKER or DRIVER

121 SUPPLY FREE USE OF COMPANY CARS FOR EVERY TEAM 7 CARS ALL WITH FREE FUEL AND ALL FITTED WITH TRACKERS FOR YOUR SAFETY.
We are recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team within the South Lanarkshire area to provide excellent care to our clients in their own homes. We cover Lanark, Carluke, Lesmahagow, Blackwood, Kirkmuirhill, Larkhall, Strathaven. Stonehouse. Douglas and surrounding areas.

You should have a passion for providing high-quality care and show empathy and understanding to allow our service users to maintain their independence.

Applicants will preferably have a full UK driving licence but this is not essential.
Experience and a qualification in care are desirable but are not essential as full training and shadowing will be provided.

You will be rewarded by working in a role where you can really make a difference to someone's quality of life and independence.

HOURS OFFERED

Part-time and full-time hours are available, you will be required to work weekends on rota basis.

NON - DRIVERS

Pay begins at £10.50 per hour. Once you have completed your probationary period pay increases up to £12.00 per hour

DRIVERS

Pay Begins at £11.00 per hour

TEAM LEADERS

Pay starts at £13.50 per hour

Progressing with your training and certification will qualify you for wage rises, dependant upon the qualifications you hold.

DRIVERS- FREE COMPANY CAR INSURANCE. OVER THE AGE 25 YEARS AND A CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE. FREE FUEL. COMPANY FUEL CARDS.
