With 160 rooms, OUR Care Centre located in Southall, London ISavailable for a wide variety of people, offering support for a variety of disorders, disabilities and behaviours, including Nursing care,Dementia care,Sensory impairment care,Physical disability care,End of life care,Respite care,Elderly care,Younger care
Who you are /person specification:
With your kind and compassionate nature, you'll love to spend time talking to residents, learning a life history, hobbies past and present, and what their favourite knock-knock joke is.
You'll take great pride in helping a resident to achieve the smallest of conquests. You smile through everything and you'll bring happiness to your work every single day.
- A warm and friendly disposition

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in a similar role is desirable bu we accept also people without experience, we offer full training

- You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
