We have a highly successful team of care professionals who visit our clients in their own homes, offering support and assistance where needed.

We are now looking for people who reside in Borehamwood & Potters Bar or thereabouts, (also Welwyn & Hatfield locations) to join our wonderful team of Healthcare Support Workers & Care Assistants.

We are recruiting new people who are seeking a career in Adult Care, to work in the community with people in their own homes, and who feel they have the right qualities to become one of our very special and supportive team members.

We do require that you have a car - this is essential to enable you to travel between clients each day. We also require you to be able to work your standard hours on a Saturday and Sunday on alternate weekends.

"We also have opportunities to provide Live-In Care and are about to build a team of highly skilled 'super Carers' with previous Adult Care expertise to work within the same locations, you can be based anywhere in the UK and a car is not essential for this specific role. To provide assistance on a 'short-term' basis. I am happy to have a discussion with interested people."

These roles are UK based and the 'Right To Work in the UK' will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.

If you are seeking Live-In care opportunities, we do require you to have previous experience and be happy to undertake short-term projects within our geographic region stretching between Welwyn, Hatfield, Borehamwood, Brookmans Park, Potters Bar and including the villages within these locations. We do not need you to have a car but you must have previous care experience and be available at short notice and we will discuss all pay rates and benefits with you when registering with us.

For community visits we offer:

New pay rates including holiday pay and mileage averages £14.00 per hour.

Increased pay rates for all hours worked after 7.00pm.

Increased pay rates for evening and weekend working - Saturday/Sunday alternate weeks.

Overnight pay rates £110.00 per 10-hour shift.

Bank holiday rates to £24.50 per hour.

£0.30/mile travel allowance.

£0.45/mile when travel required during client visit.

Fully funded and all training paid at standard hourly rate (e-learning & workshops).

Paid holiday, pension + other benefits.

Minimum 1-hour visits - no dashing between clients.

Hours arranged to suit availability - no fixed regulated shifts.

Social evenings - welcome to our family,

20 - 30 hour contracts available for suitable professionals.
