Job description
Care Assistants are members of a caring team led by the Manager. It is expected that they will enable resident’s to maintain and develop their emotional and physical potential and to ensure they retain as much of their dignity and individuality as possible as well as being involved in general activities within Bonnyton House.
Care Assistants will therefore be involved in the assessment of resident’s needs and the planning of resident’s care using the Keyworker role. The Manager will offer planned supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
Salary: £11.12-£11.52 per hour
