Care Assistants - Clacton

We are actively seeking dedicated and trustworthy individuals who are passionate about the wellbeing of vulnerable people in Clacton and surrounding areas.

As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Promoting physical and mental health wellbeing for the service user to encourage independence.
• Building and maintaining a confidential, supportive, and positive relationship with the service user and their families.
• Performing personal care whilst upholding dignity and respect.
• Accompanying the service user such as days out and attending shows and performances.
• Administrative duties which include updating care plans and ensuring they are in line with company policy and procedure.
• Administering medication under supervision.
• Attending training courses and learning new skills, such as first aid.
